The purpose with the First Swedish National Computer Networking Workshop is to create a forum where researchers and practitioners in computer networking in Sweden can meet and exchange ideas. The main objective is to establish better contact between computer network researchers, practitioners and industry, and thus to help strengthen this field in Sweden.

This first workshop is organised by the Winternet research programme in collaboration with SCINT, the Swedish Center for Internet Technologies. The Winternet research programme is funded by the Swedish Foundation for Strategic Research (SSF).
